Client Reservation Terms and Conditions

We are Grhum Ltd, a serviced accommodation agency based in London and operating across 50+ locations in the UK. These Client Reservation Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our services and any reservations ("Reservations") you make through us for serviced accommodation ("Properties"). By using our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use our services.

1. Information About Us

Grhum Ltd ("we," "us," or "our") is a company registered in England and Wales. Our registered office is at 3, Sussex House, Stratton Close, Edgware, England, HA8 6PY.

2. Reservations

2.1 Reservation Process: Clients can initiate a reservation request via our Website, email, or phone. Each request is subject to availability and acceptance by the property supplier ("Supplier").

2.2 Confirmation: A reservation is confirmed once you receive written confirmation, including details such as the property address, booking dates, applicable charges, and cancellation policy.

2.3 Amendments: Changes to confirmed reservations are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

3. Payment and Charges

3.1 Payment Terms: All payments must be made in accordance with the instructions provided in the booking confirmation. Failure to pay on time may result in cancellation.

3.2 Fees and Taxes: Property charges include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Any additional charges (e.g., cleaning fees) will be outlined in the booking confirmation.

4. Cancellation Policy

4.1 Client Cancellations: Cancellation policies vary by property and booking. Specific terms will be communicated before the booking is finalized.

4.2 Supplier Cancellations: If a property becomes unavailable, we will notify you immediately and offer an alternative property or a refund of any amounts paid.

4.3 Refunds: Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 14 business days, subject to the cancellation policy.

5. Property Use and Client Conduct

5.1 Clients and their guests are expected to use properties responsibly and adhere to all property-specific rules, including those related to noise, occupancy limits, and smoking.

5.2 Any damage to the property or its contents during the stay is the client’s responsibility and may result in additional charges.

6. Liability

6.1 Grhum Ltd acts as an intermediary between clients and property suppliers. We are not responsible for property maintenance, safety, or other supplier-related issues.

6.2 Our liability is limited to the services we provide directly and does not extend to third-party suppliers.

7. Data Protection

7.1 We comply with the UK GDPR and Data Protection Act 2018. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details on how we collect, process, and store personal data.

7.2 By providing personal data, you consent to its use in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

8. Complaints and Disputes

8.1 Any complaints must be reported to us in writing within 48 hours of the issue arising.

8.2 We will work with the supplier to resolve the issue promptly.

8.3 Disputes will be governed by the laws of England and Wales, with exclusive jurisdiction granted to the courts of England.
